Tastefully decorated, perfect room with a couch and a hoover which worked brilliantly available for personal use, for example, ideal location.

The entire interior decor was nice. There was a great restaurant on the way.

The place was fairly clean and in the centre of the city. The bed was very comfy, hardly wanted to go outside. Bathroom was large. Very very helpful staff, I really enjoyed everyone, thank you guys. Public parking was available nearby. What's more, it had fast wifi.

Couldn't find water.

clean, secure place adjacent to the old town, the airport and the river and city. the apartment was really cozy. a shower, a hair dryer and bath sheets in fine bathroom were the best. there was kitchenette.

Safe should be added.

The experience was truly memorable from start to finish. Brilliant, best possible setting near to the old town as well as great bars. The staff was very attentive and extremely helpful to chat with. We have had perfect rooms, good facilities, nice balcony.

good value, good beds and polite staff. it was fab near to the old town. i had a few drinks at radocha, located right next to the venue, before going to sleep. prompt communication, easy check-in. new place, almost everything was just perfect, nonetheless the bathroom was wet.

Efficient service 100 %. I was satisfied with both ideal room and towels, that were big. An outdoor restaurant offered vegetarian meals. Outstanding stay in a pretty apartment...

Loved the charm of best staff combined with marvellous service. Excellent communication with hosts. Got tasty breakfast, BASIC meals.

In our opinion, it's a wonderful base for travelling to Krakow. The venue is complete with a fridge, a sofa bed and ironing facilities, has good sized rooms. The location was magnificent, we liked it...
